Individually wrapped Snickers, M&Ms, etc.

1. M year old candy was stale, I threw it out.

I had it in the freezer and it still went stale.

Why don't you taste your candy and see what it is like.

3. If it's still in the bag, check the expiration date

It never would have lasted a year under my care.

4. Without an expiration date, the true test would be, if you wouldn't eat it, don't give it out.

5. I was hoping not to have to sample

Snarfed down a Milky Way, then checked expiration date. Should have done it the other way around. Don’t feel that great, but that may be due to a mild hangover, hard to tell.

6. It's called 'Trick or Treat'. Serve it. Heck that stuff is just as bad for them as it was "fresh".
