Get me into a string of 2-3 and everything goes South. I’ve become a scholar of what affects what biologically. Sleep deprivation is not for the aged or infirm!

But I’ve still got my hense of sumor, basic as it is today. 🤓

They are taught how to fall asleep in about 2 minutes.

It had a lot to do (I think) with training how to "shut down" and concentrating on "not thinking".

Forcing myself to not ruminate sometimes works.

If I find wherever I read it, I'll post it.

I hope you get some sleep soon!

I’m bad about waking up between 3 and 4. Usually I can either go back pretty quickly or pop in an earbud, put on a book or a story from the CALM app (totally worth it for me) and I can follow that road out of my own head. For some reason it eluded me last night.
