Black orchid margarita
2 ounces gold tequila
1 ounce blue curacao
1 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
1dash lime juice
fill with sour mix
and cranberry juice

thinking it was just a Great White North thing. It's not printed on my Big Wall Calendar.
But my experience has taught me that the same count applies to tequila, margaritas,
martinis and many other alcoholic drinks:

One margarita
Two margarita
Three margarita
FLOOR!

Mariano's restaurant in Dallas is where the machine that churns out ridiculous quantities of frozen margaritas was invented. That original machine is in the Smithsonian now. Now, I'm not about to make a trip to North Central Texas, but I suppose any establishment with the adult slushie machine whirling is good. Order one, yes salt on the rim, and think back on the revolution that Mr. Martinez unleashed the first time he cranked up his new invention
