They had been separated by hospital policy, each in their own incubator. A nurse broke that protocol and decided to place them together, with this photo the result:

I helped a friend raising his 18 month old twins and by the time I would have one twin dressed, the other twin would be undressing her.
Then vice a versa. Very hard to keep up with, but a lot of real fun.

Snopes says they're Kyrie and Brielle Jackson, the photo was made in 1995, and the story is absolutely true.
