O.K., I'm officially facing a horrible fact about myself: the KARDASHIANs

I peeked into reruns last year, just to keep up with a few (not many) cultural references (I still have never heard a BIEBER song) -- the SAME as when I saw Mel GIBSON's The Passion of the Christ because it was AN ISSUE, O.K.?!1

So I peeked at the KARDASHIANs and I sneered. At least I was able to guffaw at the SNL impersonations of them. So, I kept up with the story lines. And was increasingly jaw dropped as the amounts of cash they make started sinking in with me, for their doing NOTHING just being poo-pooheads!1 And how they all keep saying they work so hard!1 At what, at going to non-event after non-event. And the couple of months' marriage was shameless, like when Rhoda divorced Joe, but the basketball player couldn't be all that sympathetic if he was attracted to the KARDASHIANs anyway, now could he.

And time after time of peeking and sneering, I had to keep smacking down the sneaking thoughts, "You know, they *are* 'beautiful' if you like that kind of beauty" and "You know, they seem, uh, NICE, if you scrape off the external materialism."


I'm hanging my head in shame and deserve whatever might be flung.

Kim K is a sweetheart based on what I saw, Khloe struck me as kind of an ass. Whatever problems the sisters have can be traced to their mom. I can't explain right now but when you see what she allows, doesn't allow, recommends what they do, etc. I totally understand why.

Just my opinion based on watching Keeping Up W/ The Kardashians back when I had cable. I don't care about the flames, the channel is right next to comedy central so I watched it when bored.

2. Too jaded to watch, no cable anyway. My sole exposure to the Kardashians

...is at the grocery store checkout. To me, that is more exposure than I want....that said, I wish them well at whatever it is they do.

I just don't get it. Seriously. Who the f*ck decided that these people are so important that the needed a TV show to prove just how lame they are? Work? Hell, the Kardashians probably think Manual Labor is the president of Mexico. Work? None of them ever worked a day in their lives. Their father may have, but not the widow or kids. They are useless people.
