They are by far not perfect. But you have to assume this is partly an automated process, except if/when someone reports a tweet specifically. And there are entire groups of MAGAts whose objective it is to do that maliciously too.

I went to Twitter jail because this vile women running for congress, who had a religion cross around her neck, spewed crap about how a 10 year old rape victim must be required to give birth. I said, “waiting for that cross around her neck to begin to smolder and burst into flames”. Away to Twitter jail, I appealed but they said it was a threatening tweet! Twitter 🤬
