When its creator Norman Lear wrote an op ed for the New York Times commemorating his one hundredth birthday he said Archie would have probably voted for Trump but would have been aghast at the events of 1/6/21. I don't know. Archie had evolved and he doesn't seem as hateful as your nominal MAGA. I could see a regular guy like Joe Biden appealing to him.
