Perfectly good soft tortillas available at the store.

Warmed the tortillas a bit on one side, flipped and added cheese. When the cheese had melted, I put them in the rack and added the stuffing - meat, onions, pablano peppers, seasoning, lime juice. It wasn't half bad.
