First try at tacos on the flat top griddle. Very nearly all I had hoped.

The taco rack to hold the tortillas while the building the tacos was just the thing.

It's definitely going into the rotation.

Perfectly good soft tortillas available at the store.

Warmed the tortillas a bit on one side, flipped and added cheese. When the cheese had melted, I put them in the rack and added the stuffing - meat, onions, pablano peppers, seasoning, lime juice. It wasn't half bad.
