Ribs for Thanksgiving dinner this year.

There's just the two of us, and a turkey would be way too much. I'm not a huge turkey fan and Jeannie
doesn't really like ham, so ribs it is. And three bean salad and potatoes and salad. I'm drooling here.....

There's a place nearby in Southern Maine where we get piping hot oysters with just a clear, light sauce with some bit of added "heat". So tasty...

Love crab, etc. when we go to VA and MD about once or twice a year to see close family and friends.

After I saw about a dozen articles about the proper method of brining a turkey, I just decided ham was a better choice. No regrets.

Had turkey last week, enough for 1 year. But the kids want stuffing, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. Fine with me.
