Lots of other great PA Dutch recipes also including one for a spectacular Ham loaf.

(14,915 posts)Until covid just about every year in NYC for 30 yrs or so there is the Ninth Ave Food Festival (other stuff too).
Many restaurants, and other special food shops participate. Outside food vendors as well.
Besides Greek food, Indian food and zepolies -
every year I get my freshly grilled Italian sweet sausage, with peppers & onions hero. Yum. 😄👍
