trying to handle a pissed-off octopus with 5 tiny scimitars at the end of each of its tentacles.

For 19 years I had a Himalayan that would go to the groomers every 3 months to have his fur shaved. They had to put a cone on him so he couldn't kill the groomer.

I tried to shave his hair once at home, with my daughter and her boyfriend assisting. ONCE! I still have the scars to prove it.

so she could be completely sedated for a lion cut in order to get the mats out of her fur (she hates getting her hiney brushed and bites me when I try). After the one time she tried to kill a groomer, it became obvious that she couldn't be groomed while conscious. An irate cat is basically a hairy chainsaw.

with my aging Maine Coon Calico cat.

Cost 300 dollars, but she to get a rabies shot, plus lab work to make sure she could handle the procedure. She is the 3rd fattest and largest cat at this vets office.

She would have killed everyone in there.
