The human to go and see something. That's what all my cats would do and there was always something they wanted me to check out. Sometimes it was something they caught, something was amiss and needed my attention like a burst water hose or one of their buddies was in trouble or dead and they wanted me to do a burial.

It was always something the cat thought was important.

Once it was a little black girl cat, who he was totally in love with. He had already had his, um, vasectomy (?), so it wasn't going to be just a fly-by-night relationship. This little guy was in love. She would climb up on a tree stump and bathe herself, and he would just stare at her like the goddess she was. The boy was in love.
