HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF..

1. STOP ALL CRITICISM.. Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize
yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes..When you
criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself your
changes are positive
2. DON'T SCARE YOURSELF.. Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts.
That is a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure, and
immediately switch your scare thoughts to a pleasure thought.
3 BE GENTLE AND KIND AND PATIENT. Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to
yourself Be patient with yourself as you learn the new way of thinking. Treat
as you would someone you really loved.
4. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts.
Don't hate yourself for having thoughts. Gently change your thought.
5. PRAISE YOURSELF...Criticism breaks down the inner sperit. Praise builds it
it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing
with every little thing
6 SUPPORT YOURSELF ...Find ways to support yourself Reach out to friends
and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.
7. BE LOVING TO YOUR NEGATIVES. Acknowledge that you created them to
to fulfill a need. Now that you are finding new positive ways to fulfill these
needs. So lovingly release the old negative patterns.
8. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY. Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel
does the body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise.
What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.
9. BE VERY KIND TO YOURSELF. Yes, be kind to others, but be kind to
to yourself too.
10. MIRROR WORK. Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of
of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to
your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day
say, I love you. I really love you.
11. LOVE YOURSELF. DO IT NOW. Don't wait until you get well, & lose the
weight, or get a new job or new relationship. Begin now, & "Do the best you can."

Those thoughts still come and go from time to time. ..........The very best advise I can give on this subject is........
"One Day At a Time." and "Do the Best You Can." ....Also Don't quit if you have a bad day." also..........
............".DON'T EVER GIVE UP ON SOMETHING WORTHWHILE."
Think about this one.........If you get a 50 percent improvement in your thinking is that good? ..............
Think about this one too........If your thinking goes from 70 percent negative to 35 percent negative, and increases the
positive from 30 to 50 percent............................................................
..................................Well that isn't good....BUT VERY DAMN GOOD..

....................................even a small improvement is .........VERY DAMN GOOD.......wHY?..........IS THAT TRUE......
.............................iF YOU HAVE BEEN THINKING A CERTAIN WAY FOR MANY YEARS....& YOU CHANGE SOME OF THAT
...............THINKING IN A FEW WEEKS OR MONTHS, THEN THAT IS A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
..................................NOT A SMALL ACCOMPLISHMENT BUT A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!
..........Another example: "Lets say you have a friend that is grossly overweight..by 120 pounds. And that friend begins to exercise and loses 60 pounds and is in much better shape than before..What do you say?
.............."GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT...DON'T EVER GIVE UP"...............tHAT IS WHAT YOU SAY..........
....................Once I weighed around 210 pounds. Now, I weigh about 148 pounds. (no shoes)...I have kept the
weight off for about 38 years. Overeaters Anonymous helped to save my life, as did a lot of literature,
and some friends who didn't give up on me.....ever....I might add..............................
"IF IT WERE EASY, IT WOULD BE EASY. IT AIN'T AND IS NOT EVEN TODAY....."EASY".............I TRY NOT TO GIVE UP....EVER.......
