Make a smoothie shake, no? Why do you think that yummy lactose-free Fairchild non-GMO chocolate milk is for in the fridge this week? Maybe add a few hunks of banana, a splash of Kalua or cold briew, or some PB2 powder and ice - the chocolate ration smoothie for the day! Pour into my recycled Oui glass.

Or sometimes, just for fun, a couple of Redi-Whip shooters - can to mouth, LOL! I knew, ewwww...

I’ve made some changes in recent months, notably ‘intermittent fasting’. I try to eat only between 10 AM and 5 PM, but I also have 2-3 cups of coffee earlier in the morning. It works well on weekdays, but weekends are more challenging. I’m having coffee right now, and I’m not feeling hunger at all, despite finishing supper at 6 PM last night. Oopsie.

Hopped up on caffeine, I don't even miss food, I guess. As above, a mini chocolate smoothie shake.

I’m currently traveling and while there are no real bakeries where I live they seem to be right next to every hotel I’ve stayed in. Fresh baked croissants, fruit filled turnovers, egg custard tarts. The struggle is real.

the cinnamon flavor reminds me just enough of cinnamon pastries that it takes care of the craving.
