but if they did that here in the US, it would probably cost a fortune to live there. I would be willing to bet in the Netherlands, the government probably subsidizes it and it's affordable. Here, some health care company would say great idea, how much money can we make on this?

I will have a total of 18 appointments for a total knee replacement. 4 appts prior to surgery and 14 after surgery. Unfreaking believable. Lots are PT, but damn. 18 appointments total.
