If by "All the time" you mean about once a month.

Sometimes people get drunk and forget they're not in GD, or wherever they actually meant to post their thread.

I posted that pretty epic rant a week or so ago, when I was really upset, and you didn't lock it. You just said it belonged in Meta and I should give the lounge hosts a break. I apologize, I was having a particularly bad time that night/morning. So I self-deleted. I felt pretty stupid after I calmed down and re-read it anyway. Sorry about that little fiasco.
