Something is wrong with my cat!

I had a perfectly good empty box lying next to a store bought cat bed and my cat was contentedly sleeping in the cat bed with the box remaining empty.

Is this a medical or psychological issue with the cat? Everyone knows that cats MUST choose an empty box over anything store bought for them!

It seems the problem may be that you were expecting the cat to sleep in the box. eom yawnmaster Aug 2012 #6

He will only really settle down for serious sleeping on beds, padded carpets, chairs/sofa and his cat bed. Butch is a luxury pig.
