When you buy t-shirts, do you buy the size that fits, or a size bigger? I buy a size bigger,

size larger. Only very expensive material won’t shrink and I can’t afford that!!😊

and the garment hangs on the body with no stretching or tightening up with movement. And then there's the shrinkage factor after washing.

and it's because I'm such a fashion plate ... cutting such a figure ...

(form fitting duds went out - shortly after tie-dye? or, alternatively - shortly after late 20s - and full frontal cortex .. )

I opt for a V neck or boat neck I cannot deal with something touching my neck or throat,,,
I've gotten rather eccentric in my old age

15. Depends on how they fit. If a MED is tight I'll try a LRG. If it's pretty loose, I'll get the MED.

Got to try it on, or at least do a visual evaluation. All MEDs are not the same, nor LRG and SML. Also material has a lot to do with it. If it's all cotton, it will stretch better than maybe a non-cotton material. Main thing is it has to be comfortable that's what a tee shirt is meant to be.

If I plan to use it as a shell under a suit jacket, I buy the exact size. All other uses I buy a size larger.
