It's a bit like chess masters who have memorized thousands of games and gambits. That's OK for them, but for us normies, we play what is in front of us (more or less - of course we learn from experience).
I'm not sure where to draw the line, because people shouldn't be penalized for having a good memory. But for some reason, this Wordle tracking strategy doesn't seem cricket. Consider that down the road, more/most of the possible words will have been used and everyone will be getting 2's. No fun in that, I'd think.
Maybe it's just me, but this seems like a step towards using algorithms and computers to solve puzzles, and it takes away some of the challenge. "To each his own" - not Santayana, but also relevant.
