SPELT

First time my food allergies have ever been of any use to me. I have (among other) true wheat allergy. Gluten free foods are safe for me, and i often use them, butthe texture is often k=less than ideal. Since gluten isn't my problem, I can bake with spelt flour and eat proucts baked with spelt. Much better texture and a little nuttier tasting than wheat products.
