(32,807 posts)When ever those feelings return, I get moving and get busy. Walk, jog and exercise. Get all of those jobs done that are waiting on me. What ever is getting me down is nothing compared to those dark days.

(14,172 posts)and when the cravings come, I just have to distract myself until it passes.I know its easier said than done. I dont know if youre into video games but I find playing a good one works well against the cravings. Best of luck to you and know were here for you.
