As a child, what did you watch on early Satuday mornings?

I remember the local station in Memphis reran shows of Jungle Jim, starring Johnny Weissmuller.

The also ran the old Tarzan movies, also starring Johnny Weissmuller.

Along with the usual cartoons in the a.m. I remember the Tarzan movies being on during the afternoon. The Johnny Weissmuller movies were pre-code and, in retrospect, pretty damn hot!

Fury, My Friend Flicka, and Sky King. Must have watched Annie Oakley because I recall getting an Annie Oakley board game the same xmas I got a Sky King board game. I don't remember watching that, though.

... on their color TV. I'd be sure to put the channel back and straighten out the top quilt where I sat. While I ignored my little sister. Fortunately she never ratted me out.

I was very limited to 1 hr or afternoon tv and two shows a week of evening tv. Saturday Mornimg and sick days were my only unlimited. I was allowed to watch sports on the weekends.
Sat mornings were Hanna Barbera cartoons mostly.
My favorite was the The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Hour or whatever the Warner Brother's show was called at the time. It changed a few times.
