1. Donald Trump left town.

2. The hot dog carts will finally have fresher water in them.

3. Blow-hard Fox News personalities have finally met their equal.

4. If the power goes out, Bob Dylan will have to go back to acoustic.

5. Good excuse to bust into that Halloween candy 2 days early.
