7. Scam Might Be Strong

But, they are on the CharityWatch alert list.
Very high administrative costs, advertising & marketing budgets greater than the amounts actually directed to charities, hidden distributions going to ultra-Orthodox Jewish organizations with suspect charitable credentials, misleading public reporting.
Not sure we can call it a scam, but it sure smells funny.

It was something along the lines of a survey where ?40% of the adults got quite annoyed - just on hearing the word; "Barney".
