Jalapeno peppers, deveined and seeded. Stuff with cream cheese and wrap with bacon.

Put a toothpick through it and bake until bacon is crispy.

Not as spicy as you might imagine.

I like those little hot dogs wrapped in a crescent roll! Ham and cheese rolled in a soft wrap, then sliced into little wheels is easy too.

Take a whole (not sliced) water chestnut and wrap it with 1/3 slice of bacon. Just before you secure it with a toothpick, put in a pinch of brown sugar.

Spread 2-3 dozen around on a foil-lined baking pan and slide 'em in the oven for 25 mins at 400 (or whenever the bacon looks done enough for you).

Looks good, tastes good, easy to prepare.
