Four pieces of Salami were left from the pound I bought last....

I had some brand new Swiss Cheese right out of the package.

Rolled that Salami in a Swiss Cheese roll and ate it all up.

It pays to rummage through the fridge and find a great little treat just waiting for you...

I prefer meat and cheese roll-ups sans the wrapper.

I rummage for tasty tidbits to create scrumptious meals from leftovers.
If it was good once, it's great as part of a new meal over farfalle.
