My answer is...I dunno ask grandma (always defer to grandma) Why do they even advertise for that stuff? I don't think they need tv ads for any meds.

Not sure of the actual date, but I think it was in the late 80s that it changed.

...and the very FIRST ad was for ED. I was at my local hangout (a sports bar no less) and they had it on one of the televisions. I have no idea how long I laughed, but I had tears flowing and my sides were hurting. I got some pretty odd looks from my friends and strangers until I could breath again and explain.

Just wish it had been during the 'repub's convention instead. I would have passed out from hyperventilation.

Right wingers LOST THEIR FUCKING MINDS over a glimpse of one of Janet Jackson's boobs, which many people probably missed due to blinking at the wrong time.

Then there was the Superbowl halftime commercial where the two guys accidentally kiss while eating a Snickers bar. The network was flooded with complaints from right wingers screaming THANKS FOR TURNING MY SON GAY!!!!

no one seems to mind all the Viagra and Cialis commercials though... But every time I see one I imagine a little voice asking "Daddy? What's a four hour erection?"

that happen to the body. If tampons are good enough for the news, why not erectile dysfunction?
