This is at a McDonald's here in Tucson at Tanque Verde and Grant. I don't think he likes the stop light!
It was taken by my SO. But I am not sure if the statue is life size or not.

and there is a strange little Bedrock City park on the way up to Grand Canyon

In Tucson there is a bunch of work on the sides of hills that looks like rock cliffs and actually is concrete - done by the Larson Company, also known for their work (start) at the Desert Museum and around the world.
