(20,776 posts)And most of my Chinese food comes in plastic containers which I use over and over again. I like those boxes though, you can throw them out. I don't care for the Syrofoam..stuff takes millions of years to break down.

(30,252 posts)I once tried to shift to SIGG bottles whenever I needed to grab a soda at a convenience store, but for some reason I slipped out of that habit. I need to get back into that so I don't use so many disposable cups.
As for the styrofoam, maybe I could eat at more Chinese restaurants where they have plates that can be cleaned off.

(8,747 posts)All the places here in Ft. Worth put the entree in a styrofoam container, and the rice by itself in the little folding container.
