Ok, so you're chasing, or being chased by an enemy. Somehow your tire pops or is damaged. Obviously, if you can quickly change it on the fly while in action, that's good. BUT...that changer better do it DAMN quickly because he's suddenly a very exposed target.

Though that is the caption that I found on this pic on pixdaus. The resolution on the bike and the resolution on the background are too similar. Looks either photoshopped or a set piece.

I remember when I lived in Beijing in 84-85 we took a trip south and passed a small army camp. This was when they were still wearing the old PLA uniforms
The grunts were throwing a potato masher dummy grenade back and forth to see how far they could throw it. It looked a little pathetic.
