I didn't find a post worth responding to in there. It was all "this person's bad", "That person's bad", "these people are bad", and like "grody to the max". What was the point of it? All I saw was complaining about stuff. Funny, but I never saw a reason to post in that forum. None of the threads deserved a response. Do you have a clue?

21. In a nutshell, it was a big fight over what "Community Standards" means.

Juries judge posts by Community Standards, but Community Standards is whatever the consensus thinks it means. So that's why certain issues got re-fought constantly... these was major disagreement over that. The forum was over a year old, and in that year there were lots of fights.

I ignored Meta too for a few months last year when it started, until a jury I was on pulled me into it.

The only post I ever wrote that got serious attention an OP in meta.

Hell, my post about being invited to meet POTUS (and then a follow up post afterwards) didn't get that kind of attention.

I think Meta was a good experiment. It was a good idea... However, I think it was a failed one. OP's were ok, but some subthreads often turned into lord of the flies. Conversely, many subthreads did not. Imma stop here. I'm glad to have learned to read your words.
