I've always said I loved his SNL appearances - he is funny as hell and not afraid to poke fun at himself or do the silly things that make him awesome.

It was a number of years back, spoofing his boy band days and it makes me howl each time I see it:

He's not my generation. I was introduced to him through SNL and I love everything about him. He's a nice looking guy, funny, and he can sing - last night's performance was all around terrific.
