Yesterday I had to deal with Comcast, they posted my check to another person's account.

I opened the bill and saw red.

I went to the payment office and dealt with it.

First I had to go to the bank and get copy of the check to prove I did pay.

Then go across town to take care of the problem.

I wonder what someone would do if they paid in cash but had no proof.

Yesterday was not a good day.

Thanks for reading my rant.

We switched to DirecTV through Verizon several years ago and are glad we did.

On the other hand, Verizon's broadband service has gotten so slow and unreliable that we switched to Comcrap as our internet provider.
