(12,272 posts)My bruiser of a tom cat is usually very nonchalant and devil-may-care. He likes to go in the garage with me and play around while I am working. This morning, I needed to go back into the house and when I called him he didn't come.
I was in a bit of a hurry so I closed the man-door to keep the cold out and went to the bathroom, then went back to get him in. He was sitting on the steps and just looked at me very cool-like.
I motioned for him to come and he slowly walked up the steps past me. He was miffed that I didn't wait for him or just leave the door open. Then he went out his cat-door and I haven't seen him since. He is so used to going in and out whenever he wants that he took real offense to me closing the door on him.
I am just so surprised that anything would upset him. He is acting like a cat.
