I“m having a cocktail party for 19. I

need ideas for gluten (wheat) free hors d‘oeuvres. We have curried deviled eggs, endive with cream cheese and capers and cambonzola on rice crackers with red pepper jelly. Any ideas would be welcome.

Went thru this about what vegan snacks to serve at a peace/freedom get together .Ended up asking at a health food store and they were really helpful .Once they gave me suggestions I made signs that labeled what was vegan and what was not .

really good gluten free and or vegan/vegetarian food tastes great and most people can't tell the difference.

Of course, you'd need the gluten-free ones. And the goop you plop them in would have to be gluten-free, too.

On second thought, they look pretty disgusting, gluten or no gluten.

I haven't tried any of these but some of them sound better than others. The blue-cheese mousse with radish, for example, is something I might make.

slices of cucumber or in cucumber cups! I've always liked a bit of cream cheese topped with caviar...it need not be expensive. But anything works well with cucumbers.
