I figure at 2 am, they would change the clocks to 1 am MST while the Pacific states are still in Daylight Savings Time.

Edit: Damn! Texas doesn't border the Atlantic. It only looks like it does on the map.

I'm asking the developers at work tomorrow. They've been fussing with timezone shifts lately but I don't think they'll get this.
