anyone have the US airways barclay credit card?

Is the premier version of the card worth it?

does anybody know what will happen to the benefits when the merger between US Airways and American airlines is complete?

I really like the $99 companion tickets.

should I bother getting this card? I mean I definitely would....but what happens to these types of cards when the airlines merges with another company? for example, AA does not have some of these benefits.....are they generally lost when the merger is complete?
