My neighbor is romancing his lady friend in his hottub out back

I was slopping the cats out back and could accidentally hear what sounded like the soundtrack to The Ladies Man and a female giggling.

Damn I love suburbia, but sometimes wish I had a few acres and no neighbors.

then stay in for the night. He's a funny guy, he'll try to hi five me next time I see him. He's a cool neighbor. He offers food over the fence when he's grilling and we're in our yard.

Where I live they just lie, cheat and find 101 reasons why the rules do not apply to them. If they offered food I certainly wouldn't eat it.
