I'm fine and actually DOING things I love -- watching movies and (since I was able to pay down
my library fines a little) reading again.
.
What am I reading now, you-of-all-people would ask?
.
.
"Tick-Tock" by James Patterson. "The Bean Trees" by Barbara Kingsolver (a WONDERFUL Tucson
writer). "100 Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

I've also been agonizing over whether or not I want to keep doing what I do here. The responses
are often pretty non-existent again -- making me feel somewhat taken for granted. I'm tired of
whining about it (not that it's done much lasting good) -- so I think I may just start to weigh the
benefits/costs. I may be asking for suggestions of websites that would interact more with my
pictures.

I thought maybe I had been over-saturating the market -- so I've been reining my efforts in greatly
recently -- but it's not helping.

a great deal of effort on your part to research the pictures, not to mention captioning and photoshopping. I am always amazed at how many fantastic jokes you come up with in a day. Usually 5 or more. That is not easy and takes real talent. I know you know that I really enjoy your work. Definitely a highlight for me. I would have thunk you would get more feedback since what you post in the Lounge is posted in Latest Threads now. I have noticed lower traffic here in general. Maybe that is the problem. Too, people get into routines and don't break out of them sometimes I think. Including here on the DU. I hope you continue on here - even if you post somewhere else. Maybe that is the trick. Post at multiple sites.
