Very strange news tonight -

I'm not in the best shape in the world, but the fellow who coached my kids in Track is my age and was in excellent shape until he died suddenly from heart trouble. Just one of those things, I guess.

Please send lounge vibes for his family. Please let your kid's teachers know how important they are to how your kids turn out. They'd appreciate being noticed, I'm sure!

Around ten years ago, a neighbor who lived down the street from me died suddenly when he was cutting the grass. I believe he was in his 40's. That really stayed with me.

I'm sorry for your kids' & your loss, hedgehog. So sad.
