Why do people think this is funny?? Why do they think you should pass it on???

I have high blood pressure and jump when the phone rings. So this scary picture is supposed to be GOOD for me???

I saw a video years ago with the same thing -- what is wrong with this picture? and a horrible face comes up and screams. Scared me to death.

I don't go to violent or scary movies either.
