1. Depends on what I'm trying to do.

I don't like interpersonal conflict very much, so I'm much more likely to walk away from a potential problem than to try to fix it.

But I'm not afraid to try hard, complex, time-consuming things anymore, regardless of the prospect for failure. Making it through PA School helped immensely with that...
