Related: Culture Forums, Support Forumscan anyone recommend a few good low impact workout videos
I have recently lost 20 pounds. I have been working out on a stationary bike & swimming, but we will be closing the pool soon & I need to add something else. My knees will not take well to.running & i can't do yoga (don't ask). The only discs I have seen in stores are biggest loser, shred your abs things and I am not looking for that. Just want to move, tone up & keep the weight off. Any suggestions.are gratefully accepted!

(7,570 posts)is one of the best exercise DVDs I've ever seen. It's kind of hard to find now, but you can probably get a used copy off e-Bay that is fairly reasonably priced.

(39,343 posts)It's so low impact, there's actually no impact. You just sit on your couch and chuckle...no impact whatsoever.
