can anyone recommend a few good low impact workout videos

I have recently lost 20 pounds. I have been working out on a stationary bike & swimming, but we will be closing the pool soon & I need to add something else. My knees will not take well to.running & i can't do yoga (don't ask). The only discs I have seen in stores are biggest loser, shred your abs things and I am not looking for that. Just want to move, tone up & keep the weight off. Any suggestions.are gratefully accepted!

is one of the best exercise DVDs I've ever seen. It's kind of hard to find now, but you can probably get a used copy off e-Bay that is fairly reasonably priced.

Seriously. Hoop dancing. You will have to make or buy a hoop but is so worth it. Look around on the net and let me know what you think.

Walk at Home DVD's. She has different things for different needs whether it's a beginner routine or 5 Mile Power Walk or to improve your abs etc.

I actually got into pretty good shape exercising with him. He covers every area in his workouts.

It's so low impact, there's actually no impact. You just sit on your couch and chuckle...no impact whatsoever.
