I smoked A LOT of dope way back when and have not even heard of some of those. I never heard about passing left. I should have known about the music thing because I was always the sucker buying the dope.

I smoked dope so long ago that an oz. was 30-35 dollars. A fantastic quality ounce was $40. Homegrown was probably $25.

5. I can remember Mexican at $20 an ounce. And I mean a big ounce.

This was before they sprayed the fields, early seventies. It wasn't too bad, in fact it was good for the price, especially if you were the only one that ever had the money to buy.

Columbian was $40.

6. I remember driving over to the City for a concert with a bunch of friends...

somebody had rolled up a whole lid (that's how far back I go ), and as we were driving along getting more stoned by the mile joints kept getting sparked up and passed along. Pretty soon my buddy to the right of me goes to pass me a joint and I looked down to see that I already had one in each hand. I looked at him, and he did too. Then we both looked at everybody else and realized by then we ALL had two joints in our hands.

Couldn't stop laughing the rest of the way to the show.
