I've got a renter for my condo

Signed the contract yesterday. Starting October 1st.

Phew .... what a relief. I am so glad that I found a good renter.

So thank you all for your vibes and good thoughts

Now end of the year I can stop working at my second job at the cash register in a supermarket. That will be just great. Can't wait for it Never again working on Saturdays and in the evenings. Having more time again, not having to plan ages ahead .... YAY

I've got a condo that's leased as well. I'd like to sell mine, but renting it is the best I can do right now.

I want to keep the condo. But finding a good renter is a pain in the a**, esp. since my condo is in a multistory building.

I will miss the view



But of course living together with my bf has priority
