"Routine maintenance". Like they would SCHEDULE that for a Friday afternoon.

Phucking corporations. Even when I worked in a call center, they wouldn't allow
us to say, "Our system is slow right now" -- even though virtually EVERY caller,
upon hearing that, would empathize and calm down.
