I tuned 55 years old on the 23rd of this month. I go to bed at 9pm....it feels natural too...

Then I sleep til 9 or 10 am. What a child I am.

I do better sleeping until noon.

I do best at 4am to noon, the best sleep.

Any earlier and I wake up after a few hours.

I wake up 5 times between 12 am and 4 am. Then after 4, I'm knocked out loaded til Mr G drags me out of bed.

7. I bought a kinda pricey 3 inch mattress topper

and now I sleep like a baby...a big fat ugly baby...on the weekend me and my wife sleep until 1 or 1:30...

When I was younger I hated sleep. I used to say I'd have plenty of time to sleep after I'm dead.

Those days are long gone.

It's so damn comfortable, once I do fall asleep, I don't want to get up.
