calling all dream interpreters

Maybe I can get some insight into myself, my emotions, reactions to things, level of anxiety, something that can help me out.

I was at a hotel with my mate, who I think was Mrs. V. When we checked in we were sent to an area of the hotel that was public but private. ?? When we woke up, another family was entering our “area,” not really a room but a place where we were supposed to be alone, with privacy. Obviously wrong. I had slept nude (which I don’t do) and awakened without the covers on me (which I do frequently - menopause), and when this other family came in I began screaming GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT! over and over again. I knew I was nude but could do nothing about it. The other family was ridiculously slow on the uptake. They had a German shepherd who was the first to get the clue and he turned around and went back out the door. The whole time I’m still screaming GET OUT! and it took an eternity for them finally to leave our “area.” I was absolutely furious, as mad as I've ever been.

I had a somewhat similar dream a few months ago. Our bedroom window is on the deck in the back of the house. I dreamed there were two guys walking around on the deck and talking in the middle of the night. I began yelling GO AWAY! GO AWAY! GO AWAY! over and over again. I woke Mrs. V. with my yelling.

Ok, interpreters. Have at it.

I WAS nude and lying on the bed when this family walked in and I started
screaming, "GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!"
.
This family was ALSO ridiculously slow on the uptake. The whole time I
was screaming GET OUT! and it took an eternity for them finally to say,
"Sir... this is OUR house."
.
Boy, was my face red... not to mention, you know -- the rest of me.
.
.
.
I guess it WAS kind of a dream of mine.

I would not have got fear of death out of that, but it's apt. I am afraid of dying but more afraid that Mrs. V. or one of my sisters will die. Totally irrational. Except for that thing of Mrs. V.'s appt with an oncologist, and that lesion that may or may not be in her brain.

Thanks.

Sorry to hear of your and the MRS. recent tribulations. You might consult the dream dictionary to get a clue about the meaning of your dream. The dictionary contains general information about the elements of your dream, but it is up to you to apply those ideas to your own life and situation.

For instance, the German Shepard is about this:

"To see a German Shepherd in your dream highlights your protective instincts and attentiveness to a situation. This is no time for your to be nervous and/or lose control."

And dogs in general:

"To see a dog in your dream symbolizes intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, and fidelity. The dream suggests that your strong values and good intentions will enable you to go forward in the world and bring you success. The dream dog may also represent someone in your life who exhibits these qualities. Alternatively, to see a dog in your dream indicates a skill that you may have ignored or forgotten. If the dog is vicious and/or growling, then it indicates some inner conflict within yourself. It may also indicate betrayal and untrustworthiness. If the dog is dead or dying, then it means a loss of a good friend or a deterioration of your instincts. "

The dictionary may be found here:

I wish you and the Mrs. all good things in the future. Hope this helps!

Sandy

but when I have had vivid dreams that I remember after awakening, something in my life happens relating to those dreams, and most of the time directly relating to them.
