I just ordered two mugs. We have a couple we've used for years and one of them is splitting apart. I just now read about the lifetime guarantee but I'm not sure if they consider using them every day "normal wear and tear" which they don't cover.

if they say "no" you are no worse off.

If there's a way, send a photo.

Normally, I don't post buying information, but I love their products, and I figure any time I can get free shipping and keep all of the money in America, it's a good thing.
