My dog has diabetes

I have to take his blood sugar readings every day and give insulin as needed. I love my dog, but this is costing me a fortune as I have to pay it out of pocket.

Question: Will my dog be covered under Obamacare or will I have to pay for pet health insurance out of pocket? I can not find any pet insurance coverage on my state exchange.

Pundits think it is unlikely the affordable pet insurance proposal will make it for a vote in the House.

Sorry to hear about your dog. Used to give a friend's cat insulin shots when she traveled. Good luck to you and your pet.
